The last time the Denver Nuggets lost a game was against the Minnesota Timberwolves on January 2nd. That’s who they’ll be hosting tonight, when they go for their 18th win in 21 tries, on night 2 of back-to-back home games.
Last night, Denver beat the visiting Portland Trail Blazers 122-113. They did it without head coach Mike Malone, who was placed under the NBA’s health and safety protocol Tuesday morning. Nuggets assistant David Adelman played the role of acting head coach, something he’ll more than likely do tonight as well with the T-Wolves in town.

Minnesota’s coming off a shocking loss Monday night. They blew a double-digit lead to the visiting Utah Jazz in the fourth quarter to lose by a single point; 126-125. They did have a bright spot when guard Anthony Edwards became the youngest NBA player to hit 500 3-pointers. He’s just 21!
Tonight’s game between the Nuggets and Timberwolves tips off at 8 from Ball Arena.
