Elvis has been gone for roughly 45 years, but his legacy still lives on, and it shows with the Inaugural Colorado Elvis Festival. Nine guys are scheduled to wear the Blue Suede Shoes over a three days in the Denver Tech Center, from August 25th thru 27th. There’s a total of 5 shows between Thursday thru Saturday, all with a different theme from Elvis’ Life. While the shows are heavy with Elvis Music, there is some variety mixed in, like Johnny Cash, Englebert Humperdink, and Elton John.
This is the only Elvis Tribute show in Colorado that’s endorsed by Elvis Presley Enterprises, which allows them to use authentic Elvis Music, Video and Dancing. All other Elvis shows are just imitations. One Day tickets start at $95, and if you’re a VIP with $350, you can get a meet and greet and pictures with 9 Elvises (Elvii?) at once. It all starts August 25th at the DoubleTree by Hilton DTC in Greenwood Village.
