In 2019, 17 Million people spent the night in Denver. With the Pandemic causing people to travel more, you can expect this number to go even higher. Before you come here though, AirBNB is updating their party rules.
AirBNB says there will be no Parties at their properties this Summer . Currently, a Party is defined by AirBNB as 17 people in one place. 16 people are allowed, that 17th wheel is not. This rule has been in place since 2018. Now there is a new rule:. Single Night Rentals will only be rented out to people with Positive Reviews for the Memorial Day and 4th of July Weekends. If its your first time doing the AirBNB thing, you will likely have problems these weekends. Guests who violate these policies will no longer be able to use their services, and their reviews of properties will be removed.
Say Hypothetically you are a home owner, and you’re cool with House Parties of 17 or more people. AirBNB still doesn’t want that business. They don’t want to bother the neighbors with house parties. If your AirBNB property becomes a nuisance they will probably take you off the site as well.
