Two climbers and their adventurous feline companion, Link, were rescued Friday night after getting stuck on Boulder’s First Flatiron after dark.
The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office reports everyone involved made it down safely. According to social media, Link is no stranger to outdoor adventures with her humans.
The Rocky Mountain Rescue Group successfully lowered the trio to the ground. They also offered safety advice for hikers and climbers: always carry a headlamp, even if you expect to finish before nightfall. Thankfully, this rescue had a purrfect ending for all involved.
