Now fans of the Double Double won’t have to drive across town to get their fix any more. The new In-N-Out Burger off of I-25 and 136th in Thornton is now open!
This fantastic facility has a single drive-through lane and a guest capacity of 74. In addition, it has a covered patio with an outdoor seating capacity for 34 more. The new project will create new employment opportunities for approximately 80 staff members. Each of them will be guaranteed $17 per hour.
The Thornton location will be selling burgers starting at 10:30 am until 1:00 am, Monday to Thursday, and will be open till 1:30 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
In-N- Out is growing massively. Along with this Thornton restaurant, it has other burger restaurants in Lone Tree, Aurora, Lakewood, and Colorado Springs. Everything gets shipped through an extensive 97,900 square-foot distributor facility in Colorado Springs.
In-N- Out Burger has a reputation for selling the best animal-style fries and double-double burgers, and their secret menu. If it’s your first time to In-N-Out, here’s what you’ll want to know before you go, so you’re not holding up the line.:
The Burger Basics:
Hamburger. Cheese Burger. They both come with Tomatoes, Lettuce, Onions, and the condiments you like. If a single Cheese Burger isn’t enough, the next step up is the Double Double. Two Patties, and two slices of Cheese. Still not enough food for you? There’s the Triple Triple, or the Quad Quad with 3 Patties or 4 Patties. You may not see them on the menu, but they’ll know what you want.
You can also get any of these burgers with no patty (Grilled Cheese), Lettuce instead of a Bun (Protein style), or Animal Style, which piles on the Thousand Island Like Spread, and extra Pickles. Plus you can get all kinds of extras like grilled onions and chopped chiles. IN-N-Out aims to please so if you want something special, just ask.
The Fries:
Their fries are pretty basic fries. Potatoes and Sunflower oil. If you like your fries a bit crunchier, ask for them Well Done, and Light will go the other way… And Extra Light, and Extra Well are options too, as well as No Salt, Light Salt, and Extra Salt. Cheese Fries and Animal style fries are also available.
The Drinks:
In-N-Out isn’t re-inventing the fountain drink. They serve Coke products; Dr. Pepper, 7up, Rootbeer, Lemonade. They also have milk shakes, and they’ll mix fountain drinks and milkshakes to your liking.
