Shooter at Large After Motorcyclist Critically Injured in Likely Road Rage Incident
Aurora, CO — A motorcyclist was critically injured in a shooting on Monday morning, which authorities believe was likely tied to a road rage incident. The shooting occurred around 10:20 a.m. at 14219 East Colfax Avenue, just east of Interstate 225.
According to Aurora Police, the victim had stopped in a parking lot when an unknown individual in a black SUV opened fire, leaving the motorcyclist with life-threatening injuries. The shooter fled the scene before officers arrived, and the victim was rushed to the hospital.
