Over Labor Day weekend, A Taste of Colorado brings dozens of booths to Civic Center Park, where street food from Colorado restaurants is served. Thousands of people attend the free event, which offers live music and art as well as tasty food samples.
Despite the pandemic forcing organizers to cancel last year’s Taste, the festival is returning this year, though it will look a bit different than in years past.
The Downtown Denver Partnership announced Taste of Colorado will return to Denver in September, but this year’s event will take place downtown, where it will include attractions, events, and food tastings at restaurants and venues in the area.
It has been announced that Taste will feature exclusively local, independent Colorado restaurants. Food trucks will line Lawrence Street between 15th and 17th.
