Vic Fangio has quite a history with Broncos quarterback Drew Lock, However after Saturday night’s final game of the season, that relationship may have reached its peak.
The Denver Broncos lost to Kansas City Chiefs with a final score of 28-24 on Saturday and finished their season 7-10. Drew Lock was 12-for-24 passing with 162 yards, including 4 carries for 35 yards and 2 touchdowns. Fangio, however, was apparently not too pleased with the former Missouri quarterback when he was asked about the difference between the Broncos and other AFC West teams.
“Those other three teams have top-shelf quarterbacks, which is obvious to everybody.”

“Those other 3 teams have top-shelf quarterbacks,” Fangio said.
Despite also saying, “I thought he had a good game, I thought he played his best game” of the season. Ultimately, his comments are meaningless since Fangio was let go by the Denver Broncos on Sunday, following the teams loss to the Chiefs and being 4th in the AFC West.
