A Colorado Whataburger love letter
Dear Whataburger,
I hope this letter finds you well. Ever since we met years ago in Thornton Co I have had intense feelings for you. We always had a great time together. Then one day you were gone. No warning. No note . Just a gone. I eventually started seeing Burger King. He kinda tasted like you with the flame broiling but it wasn’t the same.
Then I ran into you in Huston Texas and it was like no time had passed. Yes it was a one night stand but it was everything! Then I hear you moved back to Colorado and we’re living in the Springs with multiple locations. Sure I was a little hurt I had to find out on the news but at least you were home. Well now I find out you’re seeing a lot of other Colorado cities like Pueblo and Monument. So why no Denver locations? I think I deserve an honest answer. I thought we had something special. Sure I could start a new thing but I’d just be In n Out. I could also just go do a freak off with 5 Guys but that’s not my style. Sure I still like to Smash Burger but I’m praying to Jim’s Burger Haven we can still have Good Times ahead but all I’m hearing now is Cherry Crickets.
We’ll let me know if you ever make to Denver. Then we can ketchup.
Love,
Larry Ulibarri
